Do you have any staffing experience? If so list the server and position.: A lot of management positions for multiple communities like: Riddlegaming ZephyrRP Typhon Prometheus and so on.

Why would you be a good fit to the staff team? [200 words] I have been a part of many different servers leadership teams, regular staff teams and command teams and so forth. I know exactly what its like to run a very large community having been a previous owner of one. I understand that rules are there for a reason and standards are set for members to follow at all times. What made me want to join really is my desire to help, my desire to find a home away from home and somewhere to belong. I think this community has a lot to offer to me in ways I didnt think of before and I want to offer what experience I can in any way shape or form. I am a consistent individual, Fair minded, always looking for both sides of every story and likes to give people every benefit of every doubt. I know I have a lot to contribute to this team and I look forward hopefully to an opportunity to do so.

Where do you see yourself a month after joining the staff team?: Leading the team probably or at least making strides in promoting the server in a very positive form.

What do you wish to improve about the staff team and how do you plan to accomplish this? [200 words]: I came from all kinds of Star Wars RP servers and i enjoyed a militaristic style of roleplay more than anything else. This question is not easy to answer right now as the server is not fully up yet and it seems to me all the staff members currently assigned are responsive and easy going. It is my hope to foster a very welcoming environment and bring forth any ideas that increase player led RP and otherwise. I have massive amounts of experience and that by itself will be a big help as I have dealt with almost any and every situation you could possibly think of and I have people who can back me up on it. It doesn't matter if i start at moderator or manager or whatever, I've done it all before, know how to hand any of the situations and can teach the proper responses to people who are unsure of how to handle them.

Gave my reccomendation. Maverick has been a LONG time staff member on a majority of the leading RP servers of their time, even going as far as making videos for the new staff members on guides to staffing from general commands to situations during sits. I have no doubt he'd be a major asset to the team.
