Why would you be a good fit to the staff team? [200 words]
I have a lot of experience with staffing, especially on Nutscript, and I’m confident in handling events and tickets efficiently. I tend to focus more on staff responsibilities than playing in character, and I always stay composed under pressure. Right now, I’d love to help lighten the load for the UA team by handling the lower priorty tasks such as tickets, events, etc- and do my part in getting the server up and running smoothly. I strongly believe in giving players second chances when they show they’re willing to learn from their mistakes. Of course, some offenses are too serious for that, but in general, I think education is a far better way to prevent bad behavior than immediate punishment. A fair and understanding approach also helps keep players from feeling hostile toward staff. Maintaining a positive, non-condescending attitude can prevent small issues from escalating into bigger problems. At the same time, I make sure to hold myself accountable and ensure that staff members around me are using their permissions responsibly and treating players with respect. Finally, I have been in the GMod roleplay scene for way too long, I have experience in just about any position and can make the best of whatever is thrown my way.

Where do you see yourself a month after joining the staff team?
I see myself filling more of a leadership and mentor position for the new staff. Management has always been my thing, and I feel as if I can bring a whole new level or organization, efficiency, and communication to the table in the future.

What do you wish to improve about the staff team and how do you plan to acomplish this? [200 words]
Creating a well-balanced and immersive environment isn’t something that happens overnight; it takes time and a strong, cohesive staff team to make it feel natural. That’s why I’m not joining with the goal of climbing ranks or gaining power—I want to be here for the players who often go unnoticed in larger communities. Everyone should feel like their experience matters, and I want to make sure no one gets left behind. Since the server hasn’t launched yet, it’s hard to pinpoint specific areas for improvement, but I believe player feedback is always crucial. Whether it’s development suggestions, community-wide input on events and rule changes, or even smaller roleplay ideas that enhance the experience for a handful of players, it’s important to consider what benefits the majority. At the end of the day, our role as staff isn’t to control the experience but to guide it—ensuring things don’t become too chaotic or disruptive in a way that takes away from the roleplay.

Its nice to see someone looking to actively staff a server as well as participate in the roleplay. Some servers in the past have struggled to maintain an active staff team that doesn't flake out after recieving the role so looking forward to seeing you thrive and prove to us that you can maintain a good balance. Mentorship is a big field too given that the responsibility should be shared among all staff and not just management. I will 100% push the Founders to incentivise this more with some rewards!
