Scale and Decales

What is the Idea and can you describe the idea in the best way possible:
Make Models that need to be Scaled [Death Troopers] Taller, The scalled one they have just makes the lims and head thicker and not at all taller...
Make the Decal removable they look ass.

Why should this Idea be added into the server and how can it be added?:
Either add properly scaled models without the decale that yall removed or higher a goober to fix model

Is there any way this can affect the server negatively? (Please be open and honest on this):
