Question: "Why would you be a good fit to the staff team?"
Answer: I believe I would be a great fit for the staff team due to my professionalism and maturity. I have been roleplaying a long time, and understand the dynamics of immersion. The server (Imperial RP) has been fun so far, and I can see myself learning more about the dynamics & lore of the server for the coming future. Due to my prior experience as a moderator for a high population server, I could contribute my fair judgement to bettering the prosperity of the community. If any new players have any questions I would like to provide them an answer to increase their immersion in the roleplay that takes place, and give them a better understanding of the "world" around them.
I would be also be a terrific canditate as I am very adaptable and can easily learn the responsibilites of my role. I have a plethora of experience in many different roleplay servers. I believe in the vision and direction the server is headed, and could assist in moderation & player retainment. I behave professionally, follow instructions and directives to the fullest, & act appropiately at all times. Being friendly and fair to newcomers is one of my goals in order to achieve a greater understanding of what we are trying to provide to the community.

Question: "Where do you see yourself a month after joining the staff team?"
Answer: I can see myself helping new players learn about what the server is striving for. In a month I could see myself possibly moving up and learning more about the tasks & responsibilites of staff. It is in my interest to learn about the vision of the server and to help execute that to the fullest. I plan playing on this server due to the immersion, and can see myself eventually moving up in both character development and assistance to the community.

Question: "What do you wish to improve about the staff team and how do you plan to acomplish this?"
Answer: I'm not sure what I would want to improve until I had further experience as a staff member. If anything, I would strive to improve the vision set forth to us by the owner of the server. I would accomplish this by participating in weekly staff meetings about where we are headed and what we need to do in order to achieve desired results. From my experience the staff team currently has been great and very helpful. In order to move forward with the growth of the server perhaps I would like to contribute toward staff policies on bans and warnings to increase player retention. I have not seen any of the current staff rulings but from my experience on Civil Networks there is a warning system which outlines clear punishments based on time and varies to specific rule breakings.
I believe in accomplishing anything around a team would require a weekly meeting with specific topics revolving around desired results. I would wish to believe that the staff team is professional at all times of course, and is unbiased in it's rulings. We should adhere to the policies and be friendly to new players that may or may not be aware of their significant violations of the server rules. To accomplish this again would be to have a weekly meeting in order to all be on the same page and aware of the playerbase and how to exceed their expectations.
