Do you have any staffing experience? If so list the server and position. W-G Mod (Not long shit server), Frost Networks Senior Admin (Some shitty darkrp star wars), IFN Mod (Not very long)
Why would you be a good fit to the staff team? [200 words]
<p data-start="66" data-end="348">I have a good amount of experience as a GMod staff member, along with a significant amount of time playing GMod. Additionally, with my somewhat extensive knowledge of Star Wars and my experience playing in many communities, I have gained valuable expertise in Star Wars roleplay.</p>
<p data-start="350" data-end="709">Furthermore, my past experience in the military and my current role overseeing camps make me believe that I am a good leader. I also have some experience in game mastering and hope to put that to use while learning more. I strongly believe in fair staffing and was getting frustrated with players having to wait over 20 minutes for staff to handle tickets.</p>
Where do you see yourself a month after joining the staff team? Hopefully, I will still be part of the staff team, helping to teach new players.
What do you wish to improve about the staff team and how do you plan to acomplish this? [200 words]
I know this is not 200 words, but I strongly believe the staff team needs more active members. At the moment, the wait time for tickets is around 5–15 minutes, and even then, some staff members are either unable to do their job properly or make mistakes, such as messing up a command that changes someone's faction and failing to fix it
