<p data-start="71" data-end="221">guy has repeatedly spawned in weapons for himself and others in his department, including RPGs, weapon attachments, and cloaking for an IC member.</p>



<p data-start="223" data-end="497">This IC member, for whatever reason, had cloaking and thought it was a good idea to raid the ISB HQ. At this point, a CompForce member spotted him and asked why he was cloaked inside the ISB HQ. He then turned off his cloak and started shooting at all of us for no reason.</p>



<p data-start="499" data-end="859">I made a PK request due to him attempting to raid and failing against ISB. He instantly teleported to us on his IC character and said the PK was invalid. I know I shot the guy, but I was fed up with him not allowing me to explain to the staff member who claimed the ticket what had happened. Instead, he immediately declared the PK invalid due to "Metagame."
