This give realistic damage, so if you are shot in the arm or legs, you take less damage but you cannot run anymore.
If hit enough by blunt damage, your bones will break, so if hit in the legs, you cannot run anymore, if you get hit in the head, you might get brain damage.

+1 plus Medic for more medical rp situations, only problem is you would need to give the patient the scanner and the items for them to use on themselves
