Rules

Definition

  • A PK stands for a Permanent-Kill.

  • For a permanent kill to occur, it Shall follow the PK Guidelines listed here.

  • Once a character is PK'd, all access to the character is lost.

  • The only way to gain access to said character is to appeal the PK and have it accepted under the pretense the PK did not follow PK guidelines.

  • An individual has 3 days to appeal their PK.

  • You May not join the same Faction your previous character was in for 1 week and that department for 2 Weeks.

  • Dirt is any information that can lead to arrest, Execution, or any information that may be detrimental to someone's life.

  • Dirt is NOT information that is public knowledge, not illegal, or information that wouldn't lead to consequences/punishment.

Key

Faction Leader - Imperial Army Chief, Imperial Navy Chief, ISB Director, Compnor Chief, and Gov Chief

How to Conduct a Permanent-Kill

  • In order to execute a PK, you will need to ensure the following steps are sought through.

    1. The PK about to be conducted is within PK-Guideline standards, as written here.

    2. A staff member of the appropriate rank oversees the PK (Senior Moderator+ for PKs below CO).

    3. Roleplay properly while conducting the PK.

Authorization Of PKs

  • Moderator | Moderator + oversight

  • Senior Moderator | Senior Moderator+ oversight - PKs [Up to and including the highest NCO rank]

  • Administrator | Administrator+ oversight - All PKs [Except for High COs+]

  • Head Administrator+ | Administrator+ oversight - High CO-ranking PKs [Except for Fleet Command]

    • Fleet Command Order PK request must be approved by Upper Administration+

  • CM and Roots [Unanimous] | Upper Administration+ oversight - Fleet Command

PK-Guidelines

The Following is NOT Permitted

  1. Engaging individuals in player-kill (PK) scenarios through out-of-character (OOC) methods.

  2. Deliberately placing someone in a situation that falls under legitimate PK criteria.

  3. Avoiding the use of PKs as a final option.

  4. Efforts should be made to address the issue through alternative means that do not involve PKing, unless such measures are considered unfeasible and have the consensus of the designated staff member.

  5. Initiating a PK for actions performed lawfully within one's professional role.

  6. Executing a PK due to an OOC disagreement.

  7. PKing an individual based on information obtained through power-gaming.
For instance: coercing someone at gunpoint to sign a confession.

  8. Submitting falsified evidence during a court trial without first conducting a /roll and obtaining a majority outcome.

  9. It is prohibited to order the execution of more than five individuals in a single circumstance. (Unless given GA Approval)

  10. It is not permissible to order the execution of individuals solely based on their affiliation with a faction or group.

  11. Kennedy PK's are permitted only with GA Approval.

    1. ie: Sniping an individual.

  12. Reagan PKs are permitted only with UA Approval.

    1. ie: Walking up to an individual and executing the PK.

  13. Committing PKs that will obviously result in the death of the aggressor.

    1. ie: running into a room full of armed guards and PKing the target.

The Following will ALWAYS result in a PK

  1. Dying while engaged in a PK scenario.

  2. Acting under the directives of a Faction Leader, with prior approval from UA for characters of Rank Level 4 and above.

  3. Intentionally taking one's own life.

  4. Being killed for failing to adhere to Fear-RP principles.

  5. Being murdered for attempting to expose or actively using damaging information against another individual.

  6. Dying after initiating a shoot-out, which may result in demotion or PK pending UA approval, applicable only in instances lacking roleplay and bordering on Random Deathmatch (RDM) or Fail Roleplay (FailRP).

  7. Receiving PK approval from a UA or higher authority.

  8. For characters of Senior commissioned officers and above, PK approval necessitates GA endorsement.

  9. Being killed by another player as a consequence of inflicting significant harm or distress upon their character.

  10. Being tried and sentenced to death by a legitimate legal court system within the appropriate jurisdiction.

  11. The severity of the punishment must correspond to the crime; for instance, a death sentence cannot be imposed for minor infractions such as failing to salute.

Event PK Criteria

  1. If a player is killed during a combat encounter and medical assistance cannot realistically reach them, it will result in a PK.

  2. If a player refuses to surrender or attempts to escape when realistically overpowered (e.g., surrounded or captured by enemies), it will result in a PK.

  3. Players caught in large-scale explosions (e.g. orbital strikes, or detonations) that would realistically be unsurvivable will be PKed.

  4. Any player found collaborating with the enemy or sabotaging their team will be subjected to a PK if captured or executed.

  5. If you are found guilty during an Event by a Frontline Judicial Court and Sentenced to a sentence of more than 60+ Years or Capital Punishment you will be Pked

  6. Players assigned to key objectives (e.g., disabling enemy shields, capturing leaders, etc) who fail due to negligence or poor strategy may be subject to PK. (Includes command)

  7. Players who are captured and deemed critical threats by the enemy (e.g., high-ranking officers) will be executed and PKed unless rescued within a set time frame.

  8. Players who choose to sacrifice themselves for the team (e.g., detonating a bomb to destroy an enemy base) Will PKed.

  9. Entering designated "high-risk zones" without authorization, such as enemy bases or hazardous areas (e.g., irradiated zones, unstable terrain), will result in a PK

  10. If players are assigned to stealth operations and their actions lead to their discovery by overwhelming enemy forces, they may be PKed if captured or killed due to their failure.

Global Rules

Global Rules will apply and will be enforced, on all platforms. From theForum, Discord, to  In-Game.

  1. You are entitled to express your opinions freely; however, any form of harassment or actions intended to cause discomfort to other players will not be accepted. This includes the use of racial or derogatory slurs or terms directed at any individual.

  2. Players are prohibited from altering or improving the game or exploiting any malfunctioning features to gain an unfair advantage over fellow participants.

  3. Spamming is strictly prohibited across all our platforms, including forums, Discord, and server chats.

  4. If you have established a Discord server for your team or faction, it is essential to transfer the ownership of the server to the owner of the network. Additionally, you should delete the server entirely if instructed to do so, or allow members of Upper and Global Administration to monitor all channels.

  5. Advertising for competing communities is strictly prohibited. However, discussions regarding competing communities may be permitted.

  6. You are prohibited from impersonating any member of the community and from engaging in any activities that misrepresent or distort the statements and actions of any member of UA. Should there be substantial evidence indicating your involvement in a DDoS attack against another community member, you will face permanent suspension without the option for appeal. This prohibition also extends to any attempts to disrupt the server's functionality.

  7. The unauthorized disclosure of another community member's personal information, or any attempt to do so, will lead to a permanent suspension from the community. Engaging in donation fraud, including but not limited to illegal PayPal chargebacks, will result in immediate and irreversible removal from the community. All donations are considered final, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, under no circumstances is it permissible to utilize an alternative account, VPN, or another individual's account to evade a ban.

  8. Neglecting to report a player whom you know is violating significant regulations, including Cheating, Meta Gaming, Doxxing, and all Global Rules, will result in disciplinary action against you for negligence. It is important to note that rules such as RDM, NLR, and Fear RP are not included in this guideline.

  9. Erotic Roleplay (ERP) in any capacity is strictly forbidden on our servers. Breaching this regulation will lead to significant consequences. Such violations may result in a permanent ban from our platforms. Additionally, we do not permit any form of excessive controversial roleplay, including the portrayal of ethnicities in negative caricatures.

  10. It is prohibited to delete or eliminate any documentation that has been previously published, particularly if such actions disrupt the roleplay dynamic. Furthermore, one must not exploit roleplay assets owned by Global Administration, such as databases, without obtaining the necessary approval from Upper Administration. All documents created for any organizations must be preserved.

Character Promotion Rules

Character promotion rules are established to ensure individuals remain within a resonable boundary when being promoted and taking positions.
These rules are as followed:

  • After being trained when you first join the server your trainer may place you at the two lowest ranks no higher than Private First Class or equivalent.
  • You may only be promoted once every 24 hours. Upper administration may make exceptions to this.
  • If you resign from a high ranking position and wish to come back at a similar rank you must receieve approval from upper administration.
  • You may not have multiple officer ranking characters. If you wish to make an exemption to this rule contact global administration.
  • All officers must be appointed through a roleplay document. Any officer promoted without document backing will be considered void.
  • If your faction/department only hires at a certain rank you must rely on transfers.

Roleplay Rules

Legend

For the majority of the time, common sense applies. Do not try to look for loopholes in the rules.

Not all rules are listed here, it would be impossible for us to list every scenario or example. This will be updated as a new precedent needs to be set. Staff have the final say. If you are told to stop or not do something, do as you are told or risk punishment. If you are unsure if something is allowed (it probably isn't if you have to ask), feel free to ask an Administrator.

Roleplay Abbreviations

  • RP = Roleplay.

  • IC = In-Character.

  • OOC = Out of Character.

  • PK = Permanent Kill/Character Ban.

  • UA = Upper Administration.

  • GA = Global Administration.

Rule Abbreviations

  • Minge = Someone who refuses to follow roleplay.

  • Metagame = Using Out of Character information In-Character.

  • RDM = Random Death Match, Randomly Killing Players.

  • ARDM = Attempted Random Death Match, Attempting to Kill Players Randomly.

  • Revenge RDM = Return to a specific situation or individual in order to kill them in order to obtain revenge outside of roleplay guidelines.

  • NLR = New Life Rule.

  • NLR Kill = You do not truly die, when you have been killed and not PK'd, you do not die in RP. The roleplay scenario would be that you were injured, went into recovery, and now have amnesia over the most recent events.

  • NITRP = No intent to roleplay.

  • FearRP = Realistically valuing one's life.

  • VDM = Vehicle Deathmatch, Killing People with a Vehicle.

  • LTAP/LTARP = Leaving the server to avoid punishment/role play.

  • POs = Past Offenses.

These rules are subject to change as the server evolves and new updates come out.

We recommend you record situations in order to cover your bases when roleplaying and following server rules. Understand that staff cannot act upon an alleged rule break without concrete evidence or having witnessed it themselves, they will often have to ask for proof or check logs, 'witnesses' are nonadmissible.

In-Game Rules

Do not abuse any in-game systems or functions that give you unfair advantage. If you find a server glitch that can be abused to obtain an advantage or item/money with no effort it is your obligation to report the issue as opposed to abusing it. If abused this can result in serious punishment.

  1. You must roleplay seriously. This includes having a detailed and serious description, using the correct types of chat, and putting effort into creating detailed actions with /me. Anything that you say in the mic or chat/do in-game actually happens in roleplay.

  2. You must have a valid RP reason to kill someone. You may shoot at someone if they damage you with a weapon/vehicle. You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you. You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before killing someone after the warning is given. Do not bait someone to shoot/RDM/RDA you, and do not punch minge, or initiate arguments to harass someone.

  3. The New Life Rule only applies to individual(s) who are killed, this means that any witnesses or perpetrators to your character's death still have memory of the actions/crimes you committed. When you have been placed under the effect of NLR, you will immediately forget anyone who you have interacted with, or any information in which you received or witnessed generally within that past 15 minutes, this applies to the most recent events that occurred in RP. Any information gained outside of that 15 minute NLR window will be considered in-character.

  4. Upon the death of your character, you must observe the "New Life Rule." This rule states that you must forget all events that happened and all characters you've met in the 15 minutes prior to your death. You may return to the location you died, although you cannot engage with the person who killed you or their associates for 15 minutes after your death. If you were RDM'd, this does NOT apply.

  5. You must always value your own life through FearRP. Not doing so will possibly result in your character being permanently killed.

  6. Any type of spam is not accepted. This includes, but is not limited to: chat spam, prop spam and voice spam.

  7. Do not impersonate any member of the community outside of roleplay. You may pretend to be someone else's character with good reason. Do not lie to staff members to gain any form of an advantage, as this can lead to a permanent ban.

  8. Respect all players when communicating outside of roleplay. You can be angry at someone, but if you harass or bully them you are breaking this rule.

  9. Avoidance of roleplay is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to; stalling roleplay, switching characters, and disconnecting from the server.

  10. Your character’s physical description should describe your appearance. No personality descriptions like "Schizophrenic". No biographic descriptions or lists of personally-made ranks and titles: “Emperor of mankind”

  11. Abusing your character's faction to destroy roleplay for others is not allowed. An example of this would be arresting someone and leaving them in a cell without contact for hours.

  12. You must avoid disrupting any RP situation for any out of character reasons. In addition, attempting to directly interrupt player led or staff approved events can result in a possible black list from future events or a ban from the server.

  13. All coups or mutinys must be approved by global administration.
  14. If you fail to use proper grammar and spelling when typing within roleplay chat, it may be considered FailRP.

  15. Your character's name should be based on the time period as well as the species of your character’s background. No famous/historical names, this includes out of character (i.e. Kanye West) and in-character names (Han Solo).

  16. Contact between your own characters in any shape or form is forbidden. Additionally, you may not transfer items or currency between your own characters. This can lead to any characters being permanently killed and a ban, and third party members will be handled at the discretion of server staff.

  17. You may not spawn or move props during the middle of a combat situation, the props must be realistic for its location and must be placed in a realistic fashion.

  18. Bases which are created to give an extremely unfair advantage during combat are prohibited, such as death funnel bases, crouch bases, head peak bases etc.

  19.  If you wish to request a permanent kill on another player, you must ensure the kill follows the PK guidelines.

  20.  You cannot declare a situation voided without staff approval.

  21. If you know taking an action will result in some sort of In-Character consequence, you must be prepared to not leave the server for at least 30 minutes afterward.

  22. Characters should be no younger than 18.

  23.  Do not speak in out-of-character over your microphone, use local OOC instead. Type /looc in front of your message. This rule does not apply in staff situations. Keep OOC free of arguments.

  24. Creating a movable vehicle out of props is not permitted and will be considered abuse of flags.

  25. Forgery is considered power-gaming, and is not permitted.

  26. The act of using an alternate character to avoid repercussions on a different character is not allowed.

  27. Making use of Out of Character communication to gain an In-Character advantage is considered Metagame.

  28. Erotic Roleplay (ERP) of any form is prohibited.

  29. Blatantly ruining the roleplay atmosphere is considered Fail RP (Bunny hopping, driving ridiculously modified vehicles, building ridiculous creations, etc.).

  30. If an individual is detained/tied without continuous sufficient roleplay (being trialed, interrogated, etc.) for 15 minutes, then the individual must be released. If it is found that a player is not being interacted with sufficiently then by staff discretion they can be released. This does not apply for prison sentences issued by the Court.

  31. Staff Members’ word is final. If you have a dispute with a staff member’s decision, bring the complaint up with a higher staff member via a Discord ticket. Bans can only be appealed on the forums. Lastly, interfering in a staff situation is prohibited.

  32. You may not run an individual over with your vehicle unless your life is in danger. Ie; the individual(s) are shooting at you or present an immediate life threat. Users who deliberately run towards moving vehicles or show clear disregard for their own safety by running out into the road and not looking for oncoming vehicles and are killed as a result would not be classed as VDM.

  33. You may not use the no-collide feature to make secret entrances or use no-collide to gain an advantage over other players.

  34. Usage of unrealistic props/structures to get to an otherwise unreachable location may be considered FailRP or result in flag removal. For example: Prop surfing, stacking props, pushing players with props. You must construct realistic ladders/bridges that are appropriate to the roleplay.

  35. You may not use more than one title or rank in your name. For example, you can not have the name of Major Dr. John Smith. You would simply be Major John Smith. You may put those titles in your description if necessary. Rank and title take precedence over "Dr."

  36. Do not LTAP/LTARP. If you initiate an RP situation or are in an Admin sit you may be punished if you decide to leave the game/switch characters to avoid punishment/roleplay. If you crash be sure to message the handling admin or type in the discord.  Otherwise try and reconnect right away, admins may wait up to 5 to 10 minutes for someone to reconnect. If you're unsure if it's LTAP/LTARP wait a minimum of 10 minutes before disconnecting or switching character.

  37. Making false OOC claims is not permitted, especially if that leads to wasting staff time and resources.

Character Rules

  1. You must have chosen a roleplay name (First name, Last name. Nickname/middle name is optional) If an Admin deems your name to be non-roleplay based, they may change it with discretion at any time. That includes names that are very similar to each other. (Fail names include, slurs, non-name nouns/verbs, having only a single first name, names of famous characters/persons)

  2. Your description must be serious, and with a proper description of your character. Anything stated within your description is seen as an in-character description of yourself and can potentially be used against you.

  3. You cannot use IC info in an OOC scenario and vice versa. (This is also known as metagame)

  4. You must remain in Character at all times; and may not break character to avoid an RP situation, this can be considered FailRP.

  5. You may not create a new character with the name of an old character that was PK'ed. Nor are you allowed to roleplay as the son/brother/father/family member etc. of any of your past characters. Your characters should have zero relation to each other.

  6. You cannot use a second character to assume a role/position you were just permanently killed/removed from (or use the second character to be within the grasp of that position quickly). Doing so will result in a severe ban, and a possible char ban. Examples of such would be being PK’d as a Shock Heavy and then either using a new or already established secondary character to act in the place of your previous character.

  7. You may not remake your character with the same name in order to change your appearance / description to avoid Identification. This is considered metagame and powergaming.

  8. You may not create a primary or alternate character for the sole purpose of having them as “throw away” or designated “minge” characters. Recurring instances of such will not be treated likely and will result in a possible permanent kill or/and a severe ban.

  9. Members of special forces groups such as Death Troopers or Imperial Commandos will be required to undergo a name PK if they choose to transfer from a said faction.

Life Rules

  1. You must value your character’s life. This means that you naturally do not want your character to die (FearRP). Breaking this rule can result in a permanent kill and/or a ban at staff’s discretion.

  2. You MUST follow NLR after every death. You will not remember anything from the last 15 minutes before your last death in RP. Nor can you return to the same RP situation. You are not actually dead, unless it's a PK, and otherwise you will be put back in your spawn location with no recollection of the course of events from the aforementioned 15 minutes leading up to your death. In the case that you have been given a standing order, for example, from a community discord server (IE: a warrant released on a member of your faction or an announcement to meet at a certain location at a specific time), you may return to do so given that you have waited the new-life-rule time.

  3. The radius or size of the NLR can vary but generally it means do not return to the same building or area you were killed. Do not loiter just outside the area and do not go seek the same players to create another situation. Attempting to abuse the NLR system or loophole around the rule is not permitted.

FearRP Rules

  1. While under FearRP it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed, that would display a disregard for your safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK.

  2. If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issuing them orders/warnings to not do something, and they disobey you, then you may kill them but it should not be your first choice of action. However, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them adequate time to react. When in game, you are actively a part of the roleplay, therefore you must also be actively aware of your environment as well. Any excuses such as “I couldn’t hear them because my headset was turned off” will not be permitted. Outside elements of the game cannot be used as an excuse to avoid Fear RP or being PK’d.

  3. You must have a valid reason to place someone under Fear RP (IE: Reason to forcibly detain or question). Placing someone under Fear RP without reason or just in order to bait a PK is not permitted and may result in a ban or character removal.

  4.  If the person with the weapon puts it away or turns his line of sight (Meaning the user has completely turned away and is not even slightly facing you or has entirely shifted their focus away from you. This is usually at an angle of larger than 90 degrees). FearRP becomes null and you may take the window of opportunity to retaliate with little to no risk. (This rule does not apply if you are being detained by more than one person, as you may choose to retaliate if they retreat but you cannot request a PK on any of them).

  5. Continually putting yourself into FearRP scenarios in order to PK people, or 'PK hunting' / being 'PK hungry' is not permitted (baiting, shootouts on alt characters). If staff feel as if you are doing things intentionally for no regard for actual roleplay they may deny your PK requests or issue punishments.

  6. For FearRP to apply with a melee weapon, the perpetrator must be within stabbing distance. (Meaning if they use the knife, they are within distance of hitting you).

  7. If you are holding a weapon actively in your hand then FearRP does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R)

  8.  If you are at a more than a reasonable distance, you may escape without risk. (Generally measured as about a block away, or any other reasonable distance where you could duck into cover, most commonly recognized as out of voice range)

  9. FearRP no longer applies when you shoot and damage the victim, they may retaliate without risk.

  10. When attempting to FearRP a driver or passenger inside a vehicle, you must be within 5 feet of the vehicle, your weapon must be pointed at them as you issue commands for them to exit, and the car must be immobilized, either pitted, unable to move or in a parked position. FearRP does not apply to individuals in a fast moving vehicle

  11. Due to the limited selection of special forces they will be harder to place under fearrp. Special forces, unlike normal forces, require a 3 to 1 ratio. Special forces include: Imperial Commandos, Nova Troopers, Death troopers.

Killing Rules

  1. You may not randomly kill someone without proper reason. (RDM)

  2. You may not kill someone or escalate a confrontation to murder just for verbal disrespect/argument.

  3. However, if someone continues to disrespect you, you may physically intimidate or hit them (Fists, melee weapon). As continued disrespect could realistically start a fight. The player then has free choice on how to respond/retaliate. If they choose to flee, you may not kill them.

  4. If the user is attacked, they may flee and return later to exact revenge on the assailants as described under killing rule 3.

  5. If the user is subject to an active threat via knife or gunpoint, they can choose to break FeaRP to retaliate at the risk of a PK or instead leave peacefully. However, they may not return later to attack them without sufficient reason as the previous situation had already ended. This ultimately would be seen as Revenge RDM

  6. In regards to how a user is allowed to react to verbal threats.

    1. There are two types of threats, an 'Active Threat' and an 'Idle threat.' Players may kill for an active threat, but they may not kill for an Idle Threat. The difference between the two is situational, but will always pertain if the person making the threats has a weapon in their hand. For example, someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you is an Active Threat.

    2. Someone saying they will kill/beat you in an argument or conversation. (Unarmed, weapon on safety etc) that is an idle threat.)

    3. You are allowed to react to an Active Threat in that moment (Not later when the situation is over), but do be aware that breaking FearRP to kill them and dying can result in a PK.

  7. If someone is loitering/following/harassing you, you may give them warnings to leave you alone. If they ignore several warnings and continue their actions, you may attack/kill them. (One warning will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them time to react.)

  8. You may kill in self defense or in defense of your faction.

  9. You may not initiate either verbally or with the use of what is seen as an “Active Threat” in order to kill or attack a player in the result of their own defense for an instance that you had started. This is considered baiting and will not be taken lightly in recurring situations staff intervene. (Ex: You start an argument with someone and/or punch or shoot them to force a confrontation for the sole purpose of killing them)

  10. You may kill someone in self defense if they have refused multiple requests or commands under gunpoint to leave your faction property (in most cases in the case that the offending player has not had previous similar offenses it will not lead directly to a PK)

  11. You may not kill people for witnessing a crime you committed, unless they are a witness to a PK you have executed or a career threatening matter. You can threaten them to ensure they do not report it, but you have to be 100% certain that a player has or will rat to the authorities before you can take violent action against them, in this case you must have what is considered a “Dirt PK” approved on the individual beforehand

  12. Likewise you cannot kill someone for looking like the person you meant to kill, and you cannot kill innocent bystanders. Be 100% sure you are shooting the right person.

  13. Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with the authorities can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking the authorities after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you susceptible to a possible PK. Generally, we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with authorities, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout, and lose, you can be punished via PK as your character was killed. This does not apply if the authorities fired first or escalated to a shootout. Finally, with the above being stated, acting in direct attempts to bait or RDM with zero intent to roleplay will be met with a punishment accordingly.

  14. You may not kill or escalate against someone based on inventory sounds. There's no way to know if a player has equipped a gun, unequipped a gun, loaded ammo, equipped a fishing rod or even know where that sound comes from without it being considered a form of metagame.

Metagaming Rules

  1. Do not speak of in game matters in OOC.

  2. Do not use OOC terms in IC, this includes both IC text chat and voice chat.

  3. Discord is generally considered OOC unless it is owned by Gravity Networks, and has the channel(s) clearly stated as IC (IE: The main announcement channels within your specific department(s) or faction(s) which are labeled as “Announcements” or “IC-Announcements” along with document drop-off channels, and frequency channels). Making use of direct messages, OOC channels, or unapproved discord servers will be seen as metagame. There will be zero tolerance towards those who are found actively participating in any form of metagame.

    1. All Discord Voice Channels are considered OOC

  4. Submitting video evidence that has been tampered or altered will result in punishment at the staff’s discretion. This includes Discord messages that concern IC issues, or when gives or confirms IC orders.

  5. When a PK has been approved the player who requested said PK must be in-game in order to pass down the assignment if they wish to hand it down to another person. Discord or OOC messages are not permitted to transfer orders for the PK, additionally, the individual who ordered said PK must be in-game while the PK is executed.

    1. Ex: The head of the Army Regiment has ordered a PK on a member of the Imperial Commandos, the head of the Army Regiment  has gotten his PK approved, ordered and/or intends to execute it himself, and will remain within the server until 30 minutes after the PK has been executed.

  6. Any 3rd party Voice / VOIP program is considered OOC while in the server. In order for you to communicate with other players you must use in-game chat or voice functions, we added radios for this exact reason. Coordinating anything IC in a third-party voice program is metagaming and will lead to a ban and/or a void of an RP situation.

  7.  You cannot call for help while being held under fearrp in discord or any other 3rd party service as you would not realistically be able to contact others while under fearp/tied.

  8. You cannot use an OOC reason to PK someone. Leave beef on the server, this is a video game.

  9. You cannot use OOC things / terms as a means to get out of an RP situation. Anything on mic is IC.

  10.  Use /looc or /ooc when you need to speak of ooc matters ingame.

  11. Anything said in-game (not in /ooc or /looc) is IC and must be treated as such.

  12. You cannot use IC information of one character with another one of your characters, that is meta.

  13. Admin sits are not considered IC and any information obtained and used in RP can be considered META.

  14. Ways to Identify someone IC'ly:

    1. You have their F3

    2. They Identify themselves to you, verbally giving you their full name / unique nickname

    3. Someone who has their F3 Identifies them to you.
